At Keychron Portugal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mechanical keyboard and accessories. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all switches, keycaps, cables, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package to our designated processing center in Portugal.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
